Bought my first new car from them (2008 Sentra SL) back in may and was aprehensive at first, but they definitely followed through. Great staff and great product.


On Monday late afternoon I was on my way back home to Searcy, I'd taken my grandson to a doctors appointment at Children's Hospital. The underpanel at the front of my 2004 Maxima had come loose at the back of the panel and was hanging down. I was afraid to drive home with my car like that so I stopped in at your NLR Service Dept. on Lander's Road. I explained my problem to one of your service agents, I believe his name was Randy. He was very kind to help me out and get one of your servicemen to replace the pins that were missing. I highly commend them both and your service dept. for having employees that were so nice and willing to help me out. The service agent was reassuring and told me not to worry that he would see that it's taken care of, which he did and in only a few minutes. I appreciate his help, he knew my grandson was sick and hastened me on my way. I am very grateful to him and what he did to help me out. It speaks very highly of your dealership and your employees, please thank him again for being of help to me. Sheila

Dealing w/NLR Nissan was pretty much hassle free, and I got exactly what I wanted at the price that I felt was fair for both parties. I will definitely be back.


My salesman, Eric Box, worked extremely hard for me. I had two Nissan dealers competing for my business and Eric just out hustled them. The entire process was smooth and Eric worked with me to get the vehicle I wanted. I've been buying Acura's and Infiniti's for years and my buying experience with this dealership was right up there with the luxury dealers.

As I mentioned over the phone , my red Maxima was delivered on time and in perfect condition . Good Job delivering with a Full Tank Of Gas. This is the only way Cars should be delivered.

Because of the rain, did a towel dry and all looks good.

It was a pleasure doing business with you. Too bad I did not get a chance to shake your hand and thank you personally.

If it were not for you, the deal would probably have gone South!!!!

If anyone I know needs a new car, I will definitely ask them to contact you.
